Meals-On-Wheels Bluffton-Hilton Head, Inc., established in 1979, is a local charitable organization. It does not pay dues to any regional or national organization.
On average, it serves more than 20,000 meals each year with volunteer drivers collectively logging about 58,000 miles in the Hilton Head, Bluffton and Pritchardville areas.
We proudly direct 95% of our funds toward the cost of the meals, with only 5% is used for administrative overhead. Hilton Head Regional Medical Center provides food preparation, storage, work space and telephone service.
